How to use for hair:

1. Wash your hair with shampoo and towel dry it.
2. Apply Freshwater Green Mud to the scalp, massaging gently.
3. Put on a shower cap, cover your head with a towel, and leave the mask on for 30-60 minutes.
4. Rinse your hair with warm water.
5. If necessary, use Marence's conditioner or hair mask on the lengths.
6. Let your hair dry naturally, or blow dry your hair.

How to use for scalp and skin problems:

1. Use the mud mask as a treatment 1-2 times a month, depending on the symptoms of the scalp.
2. Washes hair with shampoo.
3. Rub the mud into your scalp with your fingers and cover your hair with a damp towel or hair turban.
4. Let it work with or without the sauna's heat for 10-15 minutes. The temperature of the sauna should be mild.
5. Rinse off the mud mask with water.
6. After that, use a conditioner or a hair mask on your hair.
7. Leave it on for 30-60 seconds, and rinse your hair with plenty of water.
8. A conditioner is not necessary. You can skip the last step if your hair is in good condition.
