Right of withdrawal
As a valued customer, we want to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. We want to remind you that, per the Consumer Protection Act, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods or the last delivery. This period starts 14 days after receiving the first shipment for regular deliveries. If you decide to cancel your order, please notify us, and we will be happy to assist you in the process.
To ensure the safety and hygiene of our customers, we kindly ask that any products purchased from atbeautybox.fi be returned in their original and unopened state. This includes all product coatings and packaging materials, such as bubble wrap or wrapping paper. I appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a secure and sanitary shopping experience.
It would help if you made your notification of cancellation, for example, by using our cancellation notification form, by sending your notification to our e-mail address set out below, or by a written notification attached to your return delivery of the goods. The right to cancel applies only to unused goods in their original packaging, which must be well-packaged for return delivery.
If you choose to cancel your order, we kindly request that you promptly return the goods to the Return Address specified in the terms below within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation.
Please provide evidence of the returned goods, such as a return receipt, to ensure a seamless refund process. Please be aware that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods, such as delivery and order processing fees, and we regrettably cannot reimburse you for these expenses.
Please include your name, contact information, and bank account number when returning the goods so that we can process your refund promptly, per the Consumer Protection Act.

Transmission check, error, and problem situations
Please check the delivery as soon as you receive it. If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order or is incorrect, please report it to our Customer Service as soon as possible and within 14 days at the latest, and we will agree on how to get the error corrected. In the consumer store, we comply with the mandatory error liability regulations of the Consumer Protection Act regarding mistakes.

At Beauty oy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or other damage related to or arising from the order, delivery, or the product, except to the extent as otherwise stipulated by the mandatory provisions of the consumer protection law or by the mandatory requirements of other applicable law.
