Return Policy & Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving the goods (or the last item in the shipment), or in the case of regular deliveries, within 14 days of receiving the first delivery.
This right is based on the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Chapter 6, Section 14).
❌ Cosmetic Products & Return Restrictions
Cosmetic products sold by At Beauty Oy are classified as hygiene products and cannot be returned if the product packaging or seal has been opened or the product has been used.
This follows a legal exception in the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Chapter 6, Section 16, Point 5), which restricts the return of hygiene-sensitive products for safety reasons.
You may only return products that are:
- Unopened and unused
- In their original packaging
- Not tested or applied in any way
Note: Outer packaging (e.g., bubble wrap or wrapping paper) is not considered product packaging.
Uncollected Parcel
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us by the delivery service, we will treat it as a cancelled order.
We charge a return and handling fee (€10), which will be invoiced separately to the customer.
Please note: not collecting a parcel does not count as a formal order cancellation.
Wrong or Damaged Item
- If you received the wrong item, you may return it at no cost.
- If your product was damaged during delivery (e.g., leaked or broken), please contact us as soon as possible:

- Include clear photos of the product and packaging
- Briefly describe the issue
We will replace any damaged item promptly.

Limitation of Liability
At Beauty is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from:
- Technical issues on the website
- Delays in delivery
- Dissatisfaction with a product that matches its description
- Financial losses resulting from such issues
However, we always take responsibility in cases where consumer protection laws require it, such as for damages caused by a defective or unsafe product.
