I am Annely, the person behind this account and the atbeautybox.fi online store. Let’s get acquainted! Here’s a bit about my background and journey. :)

Starting my career as a hair professional in 2005, I have accumulated over 20 years of experience in the hair and scalp industry. I launched my original online store in 2015 alongside my Salon the Vision hair salon, focusing initially on products for hair and scalp care. In 2021, the online store became its own brand, atbeautybox.fi, expanding its selection to include skincare products as well.

As a Master Hairdresser and holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Beauty and Cosmetics (YAMK-Estonomi), I have specialized in scalp health for over 15 years. I have been conducting microcamera analyses since the early days of my salon career, and I continue to provide this service through my online store. My mission is to offer the best possible products tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Throughout my journey, I have always been fascinated by colors and how they influence us both subconsciously and consciously. As a hairdresser, I practiced and implemented color analysis principles in hair coloring and makeup, which is why makeup also plays a significant role in my online store today. By choosing the right colors, we can enhance our confidence and sense of well-being. Personally, I advocate for natural beauty but rely on tinted moisturizers or powder for everyday wear, along with mascara and lipstick—lipstick being my absolute must-have.

My approach to beauty is rooted in minimalism. I believe in using versatile cosmetic products that can serve multiple purposes, reducing the need for an excess of items. As someone who exercises regularly, causing my scalp to sweat often, and has curly hair that requires specific care, I have developed a beauty routine that emphasizes simplicity and effectiveness. My dry skin also benefits from a minimalist approach, as it ensures my bathroom isn’t cluttered with countless products.

My journey into scalp health began in 2008 when I discovered my first microcamera. With no formal training available at the time, I had to learn everything myself through extensive research and study. There was limited understanding back then about how scalp wellness impacts hair health and overall well-being. Over the years, I have discovered the best possible products to maintain and improve scalp and hair health. My journey continues as I seek new, innovative solutions to offer my clients the highest quality of care.
