1 Common
1.1. Beauty and well-being from the online store atbeautybox.fi is the responsibility of At Beauty Oy (thereinafter being referred to as the "Service Provider"). When registering for the atbeautybox.fi beauty and wellness online store or purchasing products from the online store, the users of the online store (from now on referred to as the "User") undertake to do business in the online store following the law and these terms of use. It is forbidden for those under 18s to pay for an order with a credit card.
1.2. All rights to the content of the Service belong to the service provider.
2. Changes
2.1. The service provider has the right to change the Service at any time.
2.2. The Service Provider has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this User Agreement by notifying the User by e-mail, in writing, or through the Service. The User accepts the changes when using the Service.
3. Registration
3.1. The User creates domain names by filling out the contact form and choosing a username and password. This is how the User registers as a user of the atbeautybox.fi online store.
3.2. Natural and legal persons can register.
3.3. Registration is free of charge.
3.4. The service provider can refuse registration if they wish. Buying does not require registration.
4. Personal data and their use
4.1. The personal information provided by the User is collected and stored in the Service provider's customer register. Mandatory information includes first name, last name, street address, postal code, postal office, telephone number, e-mail, username, and password.
4.2. The service provider does not disclose information to outsiders.
4.3. The service provider reserves the right to release information about the User to the authorities if the User has violated the law and good practice.
4.4. The service provider can refuse the order if necessary.
4.5. If the User has given his consent, we will use information from the customer register can only be used in electronic direct marketing.
4.6. Through the Service, the User has the right to check the personal data concerning himself, change it or delete the data from the register altogether.
5. Responsibilities and obligations of the User

6. Resolution of disputes
According to Finnish legislation, we will resolve disputes regarding this agreement in the Helsinki district court.
7. Ordering
There is no minimum order limit for our orders. For orders under 100 euros, we add delivery costs according to the customer's chosen delivery method.
When the order is over 120 euros, delivery is free for the consumer customer. All prices shown in the online store include VAT.
The delivery cost is indicated on the shopping cart page. The prices determine the amount to be paid for the order at the time of the order. The online store reserves the right to price changes.
The online store does not guarantee that the products displayed on the pages are available. If the product runs out before the customer has paid for the order, the product is removed from the customer's shopping cart.
If you have possible advantage codes, you can only use used once per order. You cannot combine the different benefits.
A successful order is concluded by an order confirmation, which is automatically sent to the e-mail address provided by the subscriber. It would help if you kept the order confirmation.
You can later check the order information from the order confirmation. Once the order has been paid, it will be processed, and you can not change it.
The online store can only accept the order if giving a reason. The online store reserves the right to cancel the order in case of clear price errors. 7.1. Order processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of ordering. The delivery time from the moment of the order to the arrival of the package takes approx one to two weeks. It depends on where you to the order, Finland or abroad. Delivery abroad depends on the international distance.
7.2. Payment
The order is paid for in the online store before the products are delivered. It is forbidden for those under 18s to pay for an order with a credit card. Card payment is made securely with an SSL-encrypted payment form, from which the information is sent encrypted to Payment company. No card information is stored in the store's system.

After payment, we send the customer an order confirmation of the ordered products by e-mail. If the order is delivered as a package, the customer registered in the online store can follow the progress of the order logged in on the "My information" page of the online store.
7.2.1. Payment with bank buttons
Paytrail Oy's payment forwarding service forwards your payment to the atbeautybox.fi web service. You have the payment buttons of all banks at your disposal.
Paytrail is a safe payment method for you. According to the transition provision of the Payment Institutions Act, the Service is registered in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority.

7.2.2. Payments by credit cards
Payments can be made with all Luottokunta cards. At Beauty oy beauty and well-being, the online store works as a marketer of products and services, delivers the products to the buyer, and handles the legal and other obligations related to the store.
In the case of payments made with credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard), the transaction is created between the customer and Suomen Ostolaskut Oy , which is the recipient of the payment and the official partner of the Paytrail Service, which later accounts the cost to the online store.
7.2.3 Payment by Klarna Chekout
Klarna offers an easy and fast payment method that does not require detailed or sensitive information. Klarna offers a 30-day payment period, during which you can compare products at home and consider whether the order is what you want. (NOTE! 7.2.4 PayPal payment method
Paypal payment is a free, fast, and safe payment method in the online store, where you do not have to provide card information separately for each payment. You pay by email and password. 8. Limitation of liability
At Beauty, Oy is not responsible for any indirect or direct, or other damage related to the order, delivery, or product or caused by any of those above, except until a mandatory provision in the Consumer Protection Act or other compulsory law has stipulated otherwise concerning the damage in question.
9. Disagreements
We try to settle disagreements regarding your order primarily by agreement, so please get in touch with our Customer Service first to resolve the matter.
If the disagreement regarding the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the case to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the magistrates' consumer advisory service (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
