General
Atbeautybox.fi offers beauty and wellness products for scalp, hair, and skin care to adult individuals within the EU. As part of the At Beauty Oy group (Business ID 2441029-0), our webshop terms apply to all orders placed through our online store.
Shipping options and costs are clearly displayed in the shopping cart at checkout and may vary based on the selected shipping method and destination. Our shipping terms have been in effect since 30.9.2021 and are updated as needed. We recommend reviewing these terms before each order to ensure you have the latest information.

Products and product prices
The features and prices of e-commerce products are presented in connection with the product presentation of each product. We reserve the right to change fees and delivery costs, so please check these—prices from the shopping cart before accepting the order. The prices of the products include VAT 25,5%, which appears in the shopping cart and the order confirmation.
Shipping costs
The delivery costs that may be charged for the order depend on the product itself (e.g .weight, packaging) and the chosen delivery method and are automatically added to the total amount of the order. You will see the shipping costs charged for your order (if shipping costs are charged) in your shopping cart before you accept the order.
Ordering and contract
You can order products on the website of our online store by transferring them to the shopping cart, confirming the order, and paying for the contents of the Shopping Cart in the payment service. You must read and commit to our current delivery terms when ordering from our online store. You understand that your acceptance and confirmation of your order is, except as later stated in the right of cancellation, binding and creates an agreement between us with these terms of delivery.
Payment and payment methods
You can pay for your order in our online store using Paytrail payment methods, PayPal, MobilePay or an online store invoice.
If you choose the online store invoice, you will receive a 14-day interest-free payment period, but a billing fee will be added 6.20 €. Please note that the products will only be shipped once the payment is received in our account.
Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, we will send an order confirmation to your email, so please provide your email address when you place your order. The order confirmation also confirms the payment method used.
If we cannot confirm your order for any unexpected reason, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
Method of delivery
We will deliver your order using one of the methods mentioned on our website, which you choose in connection with your order.
Delivery time
Our standard delivery times within Finland are approximately 1–5 business days, depending on the order and delivery method.
For deliveries within the EU, the estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days.
More precise delivery estimates are provided next to each product option.
Right of Return
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with Finnish Consumer Protection Law.
The cancellation period ends 14 days after receiving the product or the last item in your order.
For regularly delivered goods (e.g. subscriptions), the period starts from the delivery of the first item.

Payment Service Provider
- Paytrail (Payment Service Provider): Our payment service is provided by Paytrail Plc (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. If you have questions or complaints regarding your order, please contact our customer service first.
- MobilePay: A fast and reliable payment option that works via your phone number – no need to enter separate card details. Simply confirm the payment in your MobilePay app.
- PayPal: A secure and internationally trusted payment method, allowing you to pay with your card or PayPal account without sharing your payment details with the merchant.
- At Beauty Invoice (14-day payment period). You can choose our At Beauty invoice payment option with a 14-day payment period. The order will only be shipped after we receive the payment. If the payment is not received within 14 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.
